New in v1.3, the series adds York office logistics (staff scheduling, passport requests, and itinerary traffic) and UK media inquiry threads (Telegraph/BBC outreach), alongside the Windsor-axis, Scotland Yard/Legat London channel, and hospitality corridor evidence strands.
The investigation maps nine dimensions of Epstein's UK network: Prince Andrew's documented 29-year connection (1997-2026) anchored by DOJ investigation files and victim testimony; Ghislaine Maxwell's London as operational base with 26 appearances on EGGW flight manifests; the 2025-2026 UK political crisis triggered by Peter Mandelson's 17-year correspondence with Epstein; London Luton as Epstein's European aviation gateway with 35 unique flight legs; the Windsor-axis residence and palace logistics; the Scotland Yard channel of law-enforcement communications; the hospitality/event corridor; the York office channel of staff-level logistics and travel coordination; and the UK media inquiry channel capturing press outreach about Andrew and Maxwell.
What this series finds and does not find: The documentary record establishes extensive social, logistical, and financial connections between Epstein's network and UK institutions. Flight logs confirm repeated private aviation access to London, and FlightAware alerts show a post-conviction Luton corridor (Jan 2018) via N120JE. Victim testimony names Prince Andrew in three geographic locations. DOJ files document a formal MLAT interview request that was never fulfilled, and a November 2025 FBI email references Legat London coordination (?Operation Dawnchorus?). Royal Lodge and Buckingham Palace appear in administrative logistics, and hospitality chains show high-end venue planning. However, no UK individual has been charged with criminal offenses in connection with Epstein as of the date of this publication. The Metropolitan Police criminal investigation into Peter Mandelson (launched February 3, 2026) remains ongoing. Prince Andrew settled Virginia Giuffre's civil lawsuit in February 2022 without admission of wrongdoing. If a document was created by or for prosecutors (subpoenaed records, grand jury exhibits, DOJ correspondence, flight logs seized as evidence, CBP border records), it is A1. If it was found in Epstein's possession but not created by law enforcement (personal emails, contact books, magazines, FedEx records), it is A2.
Two names appearing in the same document constitutes documentary co-mention. It does NOT establish real-world co-presence unless the document explicitly describes a shared physical event. Example: Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz co-appear in 20+ documents — this reflects shared documentary footprint, not necessarily shared physical presence at events.
The absence of evidence is analytically significant. When a comprehensive search of 60,806+ full-text files returns zero results for a specific term, that null result constrains interpretation. This series documents null results including: zero Emily Maitlis/Newsnight corpus presence, zero "44 Princes Gate" corpus hits, and limited CPS presence (3 hits only).
All analysis uses evidential language: "appears in," "documents show," "records indicate," "is listed in." No criminal conduct is attributed without criminal findings. Every evidence section includes "WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW."
The Windsor‑axis analysis uses residence‑level logistics (Royal Lodge references, Buckingham Palace address chains, Royal Ascot invitation queries) and black book residence entries (Sunninghill Park, Buckingham Palace) to map administrative infrastructure. These items are graded A2 (Epstein files) and are treated as logistics evidence rather than proof of meetings or activities.
