This dossier documents the Mega Group — a private Israeli-diaspora strategic philanthropy organization co-founded in 1991 by Leslie Wexner (Columbus, Ohio) and Charles Bronfman (Montreal, Canada) — and its members' connections to Jeffrey Epstein as documented in the DOJ corpus. The organizational null result — zero "Mega Group" mentions across 73,000+ documents except the Wexner War article — is reinforced rather than weakened by v3.0 evidence. Members connected to Epstein as individuals through distinct relationship types: patronage (Wexner), clientage (Bronfman), investment (Steinhardt), social access (Lauder), and contact-level (Stern). The v3.0 upgrade expands GOY-03 from 10 to 37 primary source documents and from 6 to 10 Parts.
