The property featured a 33,339 square-foot hacienda mansion built in 1999 with indoor heated pool, spa, massage room, underground gym, 4,400-foot private airstrip with aircraft hangar and helipad, caretaker's residence, guest houses, firehouse, stables, and offices — all managed through zorro.office@gmail.com by caretaker Gilbert Gonzalez. No wrongdoing is alleged against any individual named in this report beyond Jeffrey Epstein (guilty plea 2008), Ghislaine Maxwell (convicted December 2021), and those with court findings of guilt.
