Court filings state: "Epstein forced Jane Doe 03 to have sexual relations with a member of the British Royal Family, Prince Andrew (a/k/a Duke of York). Jane Doe #3 was forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she was a minor in three separate geographical locations: in London (at Ghislaine Maxwell's apartment), in New York, and on Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands."

The March 4, 2011 questions from journalist Annette Witheridge to Maxwell's lawyers contain 14 detailed allegations. Point 6 states Maxwell "introduced Virginia to Prince Andrew in 2001 at Ms Maxwell's London house where [she] had sex with him." Point 8: "Maxwell knew [her] age and laughed about it when she introduced her to Andrew."

The documentary record includes a photo described as: "(L to R) Prince Andrew, Virginia Roberts, and Ghislaine Maxwell; photo reportedly taken by Epstein with Roberts's camera in Maxwell's London town house. Roberts was seventeen years old at this time."

Sharon Churcher's request for comment states: "Ms Roberts further has stated to us that she intends to testify that she was flown to London by Mr Epstein and instructed to have sex at age 17 with Prince Andrew. She alleges that she was paid $15k for this encounter."
[GRADE C — EFTA00020457 (Separate victim testimony)]
A separate victim statement references: "After I was hit by the car, I woke up to Prince Andrew. In that house, I was also [...] I have medical records of the resulting infection. I once ran away from the house naked, and made it to the Irish Traveller community down the road (GPS: 51.405...)." The GPS coordinates beginning with 51.405 correspond to the Windsor/Ascot area of Berkshire, where Frogmore Cottage, Royal Lodge, and Sunninghill Park (Andrew's former residence listed in the black book) are located. This testimony is graded C (FBI intake, unverified) and comes from a different witness than Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre's allegations are consistent across multiple filings and media accounts: three encounters in three locations (London, New York, Little St James). The separate EFTA00020457 testimony, from a different witness, independently references Prince Andrew at a geographic location consistent with his known residences. The DOJ co-conspirator memo (EFTA02731082) documents a third witness who "recalled meeting famous friends of Epstein's, including Prince Andrew, but she never had any sexual encounters with any of Epstein's friends."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Multiple documentary sources contain allegations against Prince Andrew from Giuffre, and a separate unverified victim statement (EFTA00020457) independently references Andrew at a location near his known residences. However, Andrew was never charged with any criminal offense. He denied all allegations. The February 2022 civil settlement explicitly does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing. The EFTA00020457 testimony is unverified (Grade C) and has not been independently corroborated.
