[GRADE A2/B — Black book, DugganUSA, jmail]
The black book contains 439 UK-based contacts, documenting Epstein's extensive British social infrastructure. Key London social figures within Maxwell's orbit:
Naomi Campbell (Black book p.9): 126-127 Pier House, 31 Cheyne Walk, London SW3. Campbell flew JFK→EGGW→JFK on the Boeing 727 with Bill Clinton, Maxwell, and Secret Service in March 2002 (Flight #76). Jmail contains 24 Campbell-related emails (Oct 2009–Jan 2016), including a January 2016 request to use Epstein's plane and a 2008 email where Epstein told Maxwell: "naiomi campbell. asked if she could be of help to you in Africa."
Tamara Beckwith (Black book p.5): Attended Maxwell's birthday party at the Dorchester Hotel alongside Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason.
Nick Mason (not in black book): Appeared at Maxwell's Dorchester birthday party. GDELT records show Mason co-occurring with Epstein in 2015 news coverage.
Rosa Monckton (Black book p.39, 9 phone numbers): Cox's Mill, East Sussex. CEO of Asprey & Garrard under Stroll ownership. Princess Diana's friend. Received FedEx from Maxwell (Jul 2002). DugganUSA describes her as "former British CEO of Tiffany & Co. and confidante to the late Princess Diana" who had been "a close friend of Epstein's since the 1980s."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Maxwell maintained a documented London social network spanning fashion (Campbell), society (Beckwith), music (Mason), luxury retail (Monckton), and aristocracy. Black book entries and social event attendance establish social proximity. This does NOT establish that any of these individuals were aware of Epstein's criminal activities.
