[GRADE A1 -- CBP TECS records]
CBP TECS contains multiple travel artifacts relevant to the UK corridor. The strongest UK-airport hits are Heathrow (LHR) commercial legs (2000, 2010). In addition, TECS contains BA-coded Paris Orly (ORY) ticket records; these are not UK-airport legs and are separated here as carrier-coded context (v1.2 grouped them as "UK-linked").

Corpus corroboration (TECS Person Encounter List PDFs): Multiple TECS Person Encounter List PDFs in the DOJ EFTA corpus include APIS JFK<->LHR rows for Epstein, including Jun 23, 2000 and Sep 19, 2000. Examples include EFTA00010075 (Dataset 9), EFTA01263210 (Dataset 9), EFTA01306543 (Dataset 10), and EFTA01332841 (Dataset 10). (Passport/document numbers are not reproduced here.)

Notable additional record (inspection remarks): TECS inspection remarks include a note that Epstein was "TRAVELLING ACCOMPANIED BY BRITISH (F-1) FILM STUDENT" on a one-day trip to Puerto Rico (name/DOB redacted in the source). (See data/cbp/text/jeffery_epstein_tecs_records_1_0.txt, page marker around "I025 INSPECTION REMARKS 04/28/2014"; inspection date field shows 04/11/2012.)
The TECS artifacts document Epstein using commercial British Airways and Virgin Atlantic legs for London-New York travel alongside private aviation. The October 2010 Virgin Atlantic inspection record postdates Epstein's 2008 conviction, confirming continued transatlantic UK-US corridor access. The British F-1 visa holder travelling with Epstein on a Puerto Rico day trip is a lead with the identity withheld/redacted in the TECS corpus.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: TECS confirms Epstein traveled commercially through London Heathrow on British and Virgin Atlantic carriers in 2000 and 2010. This does NOT establish the purpose of any specific trip, or what occurred during stays.
