[GRADE B — HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_013430 (Evening Standard, Dec 24, 2009)]
The Evening Standard reported that Epstein's pilot Larry Visoski was deposed by attorney Brad Edwards and admitted that Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, former Colombian president Andres Pastrana Arango, Obama economic adviser Lawrence Summers, billionaire Ron Burkle, and actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker had been on board the plane while young girls were present.
The same testimony is documented in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_013415/013423 (NY Post compilation, embedded at line 857).
Visoski's deposition testimony, as reported independently by the Evening Standard and NY Post, places Barak on Epstein's aircraft alongside young girls. This corroborates Rodriguez's handwritten notes (DOJ-OGR-00022385). However, Visoski stated only that Barak was present on flights when "young girls" were also present — Visoski did not testify to any specific conduct and explicitly swore "he never suspected his boss of having sex with them."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The pilot's deposition testimony corroborates Barak's presence on Epstein's planes. The testimony establishes that young girls were present on flights that also included Barak. It does NOT establish that Barak was aware of the girls' ages, that he interacted with them, or that he was aware of any criminal conduct.
