[GRADE A2 β HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_027849 and 011472 (found in Epstein's DOJ files)]
Two copies of Ehud Barak's complete autobiography manuscript (approximately 1.1MB) were found in Epstein's DOJ files. The manuscript covers Barak's military career, political rise, premiership, and Defense Ministry tenure. Its presence is explained by the August 2015 email in which Barak wrote: "We plan to work on my biography with the editor."
The complete autobiography manuscript in Epstein's files represents a level of trust and intimacy beyond casual acquaintance. The manuscript was ultimately published as My Country, My Life: Fighting for Israel, Searching for Peace (2018, St. Martin's Press).
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The manuscript establishes that Barak shared unpublished autobiographical material with Epstein and used Epstein's residences during the writing process. The manuscript does NOT contain any references to Epstein or to any illegal activity.
