[GRADE A1/A2/B — Multiple sources]
v3.0: MAJOR EXPANSION — 50+ apartment management emails reveal near-continuous residential integration.
301 East 66th Street is a building owned by Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark Epstein. It has significant evidentiary context across multiple dimensions:
Brad Edwards deposition testimony (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_013423): Attorney Brad Edwards stated: "Jeffrey rents several apartments there where he keeps his girls, alleged models for the MC2 agency he owns. But Mark acts like he doesn't even know his brother." This testimony describes the building as housing for MC2 modeling agency "models."
Indyke's office: Darren Indyke, Epstein's personal attorney, maintained his office at 301 East 66th Street, 10B (per HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_023051 header).
Corpus presence: The "66th Street" topic appears in 22 House Oversight files and 410+ DugganUSA documents, making it one of the most documented Epstein-related addresses.
v3.0: 50+ management emails (jmail/EFTA, 2015–2019)
Deep mining of the jmail and EFTA corpora revealed 50+ apartment management emails for Apt 11J at 301 East 66th Street, documenting near-continuous Barak/Nili residential use. The management correspondence includes:
This is not a guest occasionally staying at a friend's apartment. This is a managed residential arrangement with dedicated security, maintained furnishings, and ongoing service coordination spanning at least four years (2015–2019). The management emails continue through April 2019 — three months before Epstein's arrest.
v3.0 addition: Barak used "Barak & Associates, L.L.C." as a corporate sender in personal correspondence, and his driver's license was sent to Nili via this entity (Sep 2018, EFTA). Nili Priell Barak appears in a DugganUSA employment/address record (EFTA01297296) that includes NYC residential data.
Barak's August 2015 email correction — "66th I meant. Thx again. It was really great" — provides direct first-person confirmation of the residential arrangement. Combined with "We greatly enjoyed staying," this establishes voluntary, comfortable, repeated use.
The v3.0 expansion transforms the 66th Street finding from a single email reference to a documented multi-year residential arrangement. The 50+ management emails establish that Apt 11J was effectively a Barak family residence maintained by Epstein's infrastructure. The apartment was in a building simultaneously described as MC2 model housing by Edwards, the location of Epstein's attorney's office, and one of the most frequently referenced addresses in the corpus.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Barak and Nili maintained a managed apartment at 301 E. 66th Street for at least four years (2015–2019), with dedicated security, furnishing, and service coordination. The building was simultaneously described as MC2 model housing and served as Indyke's law office. This does NOT establish that Barak was aware of or encountered MC2 models, or that his residential use overlapped with any illicit activity. It establishes deep residential integration, not criminal conduct.
