In October 2010 — after Epstein's 2008 conviction and release — Isabel Maxwell sent an email to Epstein discussing the World Economic Forum (WEF). This document establishes that Isabel maintained contact with Epstein after his sex offense conviction, and that the relationship extended to international policy forum discussions.
The Seckel Connection: Isabel Maxwell married Al Seckel, a perceptual psychologist and author. The House Oversight documents (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021958, 022118) describe Al and Isabel meeting on a blind date and marrying in Malibu. Al Seckel appears in the Neo4j graph with CO_APPEARED_WITH relationships to Isabel Maxwell and Epstein-related entities. The couple was accused of fraudulently attempting to sell rare items.

The October 2010 WEF email establishes post-conviction contact with Epstein. This does NOT establish that Isabel was involved in or aware of Epstein's criminal conduct. Her technology work is a documented public fact, not evidence of wrongdoing.
