[V3.0 — NEW SECTION]
[GRADE A1/A2 — House Oversight, jmail, police records, public records]
Jean-Luc Brunel's MC2 Model Management served as the primary external procurement pipeline for the Epstein network. Deep corpus mining reveals operational details not previously consolidated in this dossier series.
Graph Profile:
Epstein Funding: MC2 Model Management received approximately $1 million in funding from Jeffrey Epstein (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_022250). The agency operated as a legitimate modeling business that, according to court filings, also facilitated access to young women for Epstein.
[V3.0] Direct Payroll Instruction — The "Nadia Deal" (jmail):
Two jmail emails from July 2006 document Epstein's direct control over MC2 personnel decisions:
This establishes Epstein exercising direct payroll authority over MC2 — instructing specific personnel placement and salary. "Nadia" refers to Nadia Marcinkova, who is separately identified as an NPA co-conspirator on the FBI list (see Part 7).
[V3.0] "2x8 Year Old" Procurement Message (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_010566):
Physical evidence recovered during the April 1, 2005 police search of Epstein's Palm Beach residence included message pads documenting communications from Jean-Luc Brunel. One message reads: "She is 2x8 years old, not blonde. Lessons are free." The notation "2x8" — interpreted as referencing a 16-year-old — alongside "Lessons are free" appears in the context of Brunel's documented pattern of providing young women to Epstein.
Jail Visits: Brunel visited Epstein 67 times during his 2008-2009 Palm Beach County jail sentence — more than any other non-legal visitor.
MC2 Housing: MC2 charged underage girls rent at an apartment at 301 East 66th Street, New York — the same address documented in GOY-02 (Barak) and MOL-01 (Inner Circle) as part of Epstein's property network.
Eastern European Visa Pipeline: HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_022250 documents MC2's role in obtaining visas for Eastern European models, creating a pipeline that brought young women to the United States under the cover of legitimate modeling work.
MC2 Dissolution: MC2 Model Management was officially dissolved on September 27, 2019.
Brunel Death: Jean-Luc Brunel was found dead in La Santé Prison, Paris, on February 19, 2022, while awaiting trial on charges of rape and sexual assault of minors. His death was ruled a suicide. Brunel died one day before a scheduled court appearance.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: MC2 Model Management functioned as an Epstein-funded ($1M) procurement pipeline with Epstein exercising direct payroll control ("put her on your payroll... give her 50,000 per"). Physical police evidence documents procurement communications ("2x8 years old"). Brunel's 67 jail visits and MC2's housing arrangements at 301 E. 66th St establish operational depth. MC2 was dissolved in 2019 and Brunel died in custody in 2022. The "Nadia deal" emails constitute Grade A2 evidence of Epstein's operational control over MC2 personnel.
