[GRADE A2 — 150+ jmail emails; GRADE A1 — SEC filings; GRADE B — public reporting]
The v2.0 assessment noted Carbyne and Reporty were "completely absent from the EFTA corpus." This was accurate for the DugganUSA archive. The jmail corpus tells a dramatically different story. 150+ emails document an active, board-level investment partnership between Epstein and Ehud Barak in Israeli homeland security technology:
Reporty Homeland Security:
Carbyne 911:
Financial control: Epstein received board-level reports, financial documents, and warrant discussions — indicating investor and possibly board-level involvement, not passive financial interest.
Carbyne was acquired by Axon Enterprise — the US company that manufactures police body cameras and Tasers — for $625M in November 2025. This means Israeli surveillance technology co-invested by Epstein and a former Israeli Prime Minister/Defense Minister is now integrated into American law enforcement infrastructure.
Toka, another Barak-founded company, developed technology that can alter LIVE and RECORDED video without leaving forensic traces. While not directly linked to Epstein in the corpus, Toka's capabilities are relevant to the surveillance hypothesis because they demonstrate the kind of technology Barak's network was developing: tools that could manipulate the very type of evidence (surveillance footage) that was missing from Epstein's properties.
Nicole Junkermann appears 3,475 times in the jmail corpus — the highest non-intimate contact frequency. She served on the Carbyne board alongside Barak and Pinhas Buchris, the former director of Israeli Unit 8200 (signals intelligence) and former commander of IDF Unit 81 (high-tech intelligence). The Junkermann-Barak-Buchris triangle on a single company board places Epstein's investment at the intersection of Israeli military intelligence veterans and surveillance technology.
In October 2024, a Palestinian hacker group called Handala released 100,000+ emails from Barak's personal accounts. These documented "intimate, oftentimes daily correspondence" between Epstein and Barak from 2013-2016, covering "political and business strategy." The leak confirmed the scale and intensity of the relationship — including operational details of Carbyne board governance, investment discussions, and geopolitical coordination.
Audio recordings released by Al Jazeera and the DOJ in February 2026 captured Barak telling Epstein about a plan to bring 1 million Russian immigrants to Israel and discussing Tony Blair's consultant fees. These recordings demonstrate the level of geopolitical intelligence Barak shared with Epstein — state-level immigration policy and former PM consulting arrangements.
The Drop Site investigative outlet reported that leaked Barak emails showed Epstein brokered an Israel-Mongolia security agreement and facilitated an Israel-Russia backchannel during the Syrian civil war. If confirmed, this would place Epstein in a direct intelligence brokerage role between nation-states — exactly the "Sabbath goy" function described in Part 2.
EFTA02636425 and EFTA02636579 document an Iranian intelligence cyber-attack on Barak's phone and computer (March 2019). The fact that a hostile foreign intelligence service targeted Barak demonstrates his intelligence value and exposure — and by extension, anyone in regular communication with him.
The Carbyne/Reporty evidence represents the most significant upgrade in v3.0. The v2.0 assessment — "zero EFTA corpus evidence" — was based on the DugganUSA archive only. The jmail corpus reveals an extensive, documented, board-level investment partnership in Israeli surveillance technology staffed by military intelligence veterans. The $625M Axon acquisition makes this not a speculative intelligence hypothesis but a documented financial outcome with real-world law enforcement implications.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: 150+ emails document Epstein and Barak as co-investors in Israeli homeland security technology staffed by Unit 8200 veterans. This DOES establish a direct financial and operational link to Israeli intelligence-adjacent technology. It does NOT prove Epstein was an intelligence agent — legitimate investors can fund defense technology without being agents. But the scale, the personnel (Buchris, Junkermann), the surveillance capabilities, and the $625M Axon acquisition make this the strongest circumstantial thread documented.
