On March 4, 2011, Jeffrey Epstein forwarded an email to four recipients containing victim allegations. The email, marked "Privileged — Redacted," was sent from jeevacation@gmail.com (Epstein's personal email) to Alan Dershowitz. The forwarded allegations (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_023051) stated that "Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein arranged for Ehud Barak to have sex with several girls, often at Mr Epstein's Palm Beach house." On the same date, identical allegations were sent to Prince Andrew (who replied "This has NOTHING to do with me"), lawyers Martin Weinberg and Jay Lefkowitz, and Dershowitz.
An FBI informant document released in the DOJ's January-February 2026 file dump contains explosive — but uncorroborated — claims about Dershowitz's relationship with Israeli intelligence:
Critical source caveat: The Times of Israel reported that this FBI informant has been identified as a Holocaust denier, raising significant questions about the informant's reliability and potential bias. The document's existence in FBI files is A1-grade (government record); the content of the claims is uncorroborated intelligence reporting with a flagged credibility issue.
Dershowitz's denial: "I never was an agent of the Mossad. I never introduced Epstein to anybody in the Mossad. All of it's completely false."
The jmail corpus documents ongoing social contact between Dershowitz and Barak:
Jan 23, 2012: Epstein emails: "dershowiz tells me obama called him to ask him what was going on in israel.? we should discuss" (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_028786). This places Dershowitz as an informational intermediary between President Obama and Epstein regarding Israeli affairs — a position consistent with the geopolitical bridge role documented in Part 5 but predating it by five years.
The March 4, 2011 forwarding pattern remains the foundational piece of evidence for this Part. The FBI informant document adds an intelligence dimension that must be treated with extreme caution given the identified source credibility issues. The Barak-Dershowitz social contact (MDA event, Maxwell introductions) and the Obama-Israel intermediary role create a circumstantial pattern of Dershowitz operating at the intersection of Israeli political, intelligence, and social networks — but no direct Dershowitz-to-Mossad communication exists in any corpus.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Dershowitz received privilege-marked victim allegations naming Barak. An FBI informant alleged Mossad debriefings — but the source is compromised. Social contact between Dershowitz and Barak is documented. The Obama-Israel call establishes Dershowitz as a conduit for Israeli intelligence to Epstein. This does NOT establish that Dershowitz was a Mossad agent or asset. It DOES establish that he occupied a unique position at the intersection of multiple intelligence-relevant relationships.
