Co-passenger analysis:
Raw flight manifest entries on pages 24, 35, 67, 68 of Epstein's flight manifest confirm "ALAN DERSHOWITZ" listed with various co-passengers including initials AD, SK, JE, AM, NM, TATIANA.
Deposition testimony alleges two competing sets of flight logs existed: pilot Dave Rogers maintained independent flight records while a separate set "produced by Mr. Dershowitz" was given to Palm Beach Police Department. When compared, the Dershowitz-produced logs appeared "incomplete and inaccurate," with testimony stating this "led to concern on my part that Mr. Dershowitz had had an opportunity to sanitize the flight logs." Flight records provided by Dershowitz for a February 3, 2005, flight listed three "females" on board who are "conspicuously absent from other logs."
Dershowitz's defense (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_010735): "Plaintiffs falsely claim that somehow Prof. Dershowitz single-handedly orchestrated the destruction of logs."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Full co-passenger manifests establish the social context of each flight. The flight log falsification allegation is serious — sworn testimony describes two competing log sets — but is contested by Dershowitz. The Sarah Kellen co-flight (a named co-conspirator) and Tatiana Kovylina pattern (~10 flights) are significant undocumented associations. The records do NOT establish the purpose of any specific trip.
