[GRADE A2 — DOJ-OGR-00022359, Page 95]
Ehud Barak's black book entry spans two pages. His main entry (Page 69) lists "Barak & Associates, LLC Chairman" with US and Israeli phone numbers and email (ehud@barak-associates.com). His second entry (Page 95) is a handwritten annotation that reads:
"Important Witness (handwritten)"
"Secret Service Personnel escorting (Former P.M. of Israel on J. Epstein planes)"
This annotation explicitly documents that:

The Page 95 annotation gains critical context from the Yoni Koren revelations (see Part 11). Koren was an Israeli AMAN (military intelligence) officer who served as Barak's senior aide and stayed at Epstein's Manhattan apartment on at least three occasions (February 2013, two weeks in October 2014, ten days in September 2015). The Page 95 annotation documents Israeli security personnel on Epstein's aircraft; the Koren discovery documents Israeli military intelligence personnel at Epstein's residence.

An audio recording from approximately 2013-2014, released in the January 2026 DOJ document dump, captures a Barak-Epstein conversation discussing Israeli immigration. The recording is significant as physical evidence of the Barak-Epstein relationship — a recording made in an environment where surveillance cameras were documented to be operational.
[GRADE A1 — HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_022247]
The Mail on Sunday questions to Ghislaine Maxwell (March 4, 2011, forwarded by Epstein) contain the allegation that "Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein arranged for Ehud Barak to have sex with several girls, often at Mr Epstein's Palm Beach house." The document also lists Wexner, George Mitchell, and Stephen Kosslyn as men the victim "was required to have sex with." Pilot Visoki's deposition (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_013403/013415) separately confirms that "former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak" was on Epstein's plane "while young girls were present."
The Page 95 annotation, Koren's apartment stays, the audio recording, and the sexual allegations form an escalating evidentiary chain: Israeli state security on Epstein's aircraft (Page 95, A2) → Israeli military intelligence at Epstein's residence (Koren, A1) → recorded conversations in surveilled environments (audio, A1) → victim allegations of sexual exploitation (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_022247, A1). Each finding independently confirms Barak's deep presence in Epstein's operational environment.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The annotation documents Israeli security personnel on Epstein's planes. The Koren finding documents Israeli intelligence personnel at Epstein's residence. The audio recording confirms the environment was monitored. These findings establish that Israeli state actors were physically present in Epstein's environment where surveillance and recording occurred. It does NOT establish that Israeli security or intelligence personnel participated in or endorsed criminal activity.
