The documented Rothschild-Epstein connection begins not in 2010 or 2013, but in April 1995 — when Lady Lynn Forester (later Lynn Forester de Rothschild) wrote a personal letter to President Bill Clinton mentioning she had used her "fifteen seconds of access" to discuss "Jeffrey Epstein and currency stabilization." This pushes the earliest confirmed Rothschild-Epstein connection back 15 years before the previously documented 2010 Annabelle Rothschild phone number request, and 18 years before the September 2013 Ariane de Rothschild breakfast.
The "currency stabilization" topic places Epstein in high-level financial policy discussions during Clinton's first term. Lynn Forester was a prominent Democratic donor and businesswoman; she married Sir Evelyn de Rothschild in 2000 at a White House reception hosted by the Clintons.
Epstein reportedly claimed to have provided Lynn "financial help in the 1990s" during her divorce from New York politician Andrew Stein. Lynn's spokesperson denied this as "one hundred percent false." Whether true or fabricated, the claim indicates Epstein sought to establish financial leverage within the Rothschild orbit.
The documented Ariane de Rothschild relationship begins with a carefully orchestrated breakfast meeting on September 23, 2013.
On September 16, 2013, Epstein wrote to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak:
"can you do breakfast with ariane rothscild on morinig of 23. and if you wnat kissinger china guy at brakfast 24."

The "kissinger china guy" is Joshua Cooper Ramo, then co-CEO of Kissinger Associates and a China specialist. Epstein was orchestrating back-to-back elite meetings: Barak-Rothschild on the 23rd, Barak-Kissinger Associates on the 24th.
On September 20, Epstein's staff confirmed: Ariane would come "with pleasure" to breakfast at 8am on Monday September 23rd (jmail, Sep 20, 2013). On September 22, the final confirmation arrived: "Olivier Colom will arrive at 9:15 along with Ariane de Rothschild on Monday Sept. 23rd for breakfast" (EFTA02574590). Colom was a banker at La Compagnie Financiere Edmond de Rothschild.
One month later, on October 21, 2013, Epstein received delivery of two copies of "Baron Edmond Rothschild: The Story of A Practical Idealist" ($43.95 and $37.76) — the biography of the Edmond de Rothschild Group's founding patriarch and major Zionist movement financier (Amazon orders). The second copy suggests a gift, likely to Ariane.
By November 18, 2013, Epstein was monitoring Edmond de Rothschild banking news: an FT.com article "Edmond de Rothschild to open London merchant bank" was forwarded, with the comment "Any news recently from the Lady?" — a coded reference to Ariane (jmail). Three days later, on November 21, an exchange with Barak: Barak asked "Who said it?" and Epstein's single-word reply was "Rothschild" (jmail).
By January 2, 2014, Josh Ramo was facilitating direct meetings: "Josh Ramo would like to tentatively schedule the meeting with you and Ariane Rothschild for Fri. Jan..." (EFTA02579425). On January 6: "Ariane says the dinner with Terje is at 8pm" (EFTA02578715) — "Terje" being Terje Roed-Larsen, the UN Special Envoy and Oslo Accords architect. By January 24: "rothschild, evening 30th confirmed" (jmail).
WHAT THIS SHOWS: The Rothschild-Epstein relationship has documented roots reaching back to April 1995 through Lynn Forester's Clinton correspondence, making it a 24-year relationship arc. The Ariane relationship was launched through Ehud Barak and immediately embedded in Epstein's highest-level geopolitical network: former Israeli PM, Kissinger Associates, and UN diplomacy.
