[GRADE A2 — DOJ primary correspondence, EFTA scheduling emails]
v4.0 identified Boris Nikolic (former science advisor to Bill Gates, named backup executor of Epstein's will) as the "Boris" in the March 2017 dinner invitation. v5.0 documents a sustained pattern of in-person visits spanning over a year.
| Date | Time | Source |
|---|---|---|
| May 17, 2014 | ~6:15pm | EFTA00369326 |
| March 25, 2015 | 5:30pm | EFTA00350517 |
| April 20, 2015 | 1:00pm | EFTA00349480/349487 |
All visits were managed through Epstein's assistant. Nikolic was accommodated around his professional schedule — 4:30-5:45pm conflict in May 2014, "jam packed" day in March 2015, scheduling juggle in April 2015 — suggesting mutually valued meetings.
Nikolic served as Bill Gates' science advisor at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. EFTA02470653 (February-March 2016) documents Ariane de Rothschild having dinner with "Gates + Al Waleed's representative" at the Four Seasons, establishing a Gates-Rothschild social overlap that parallels the Nikolic-Epstein visiting pattern.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Boris Nikolic maintained regular in-person visits to Epstein's residence from at least May 2014 through April 2015, managed through Epstein's staff. Nikolic was later named backup executor of Epstein's will — a role typically reserved for individuals with deep personal trust. His position as Gates' science advisor creates a documented Gates-Epstein channel. However, the scheduling emails reveal only the fact of meetings, not their content or purpose.
