The September 2002 cluster (19 passengers on a single flight, 18 per day for five consecutive days) represents an anomalous concentration requiring investigation.
v2.5 mining recovered three email chains documenting the operational mechanics of victim transport — how unidentified females were booked onto flights and moved between properties:
EFTA02425779 (Apr 17, 2010): Staff writes to Epstein (jeevacation@gmail.com): "She is booked on a 4:05pm flight. She should leave the house about 2:40pm. Do you want me to put her in an apt. for a few days?" Epstein had instructed: "make a reservation for tomorrow around 4." The staff confirms: "There is an apt. available for [redacted] in NY." This documents a 24-hour booking-to-flight cycle with apartment arrangement — the same pattern of anonymous female transport reflected in the manifests.
EFTA02437015 (Sep 14, 2009): Staff writes: "I can put [redacted] on a 5:20 flight from Mia to prg today. Janush would have to drive her at 2pm. Do you want me to do it?" Epstein responds yes, then adds: "ghisaline says ther is an apt." This email directly links Maxwell to the transport logistics — Maxwell provides the apartment at the destination while Epstein's staff books the flight and arranges the driver. The destination is Prague — international transport coordination.
EFTA02441584 (Aug 18, 2009): Maxwell (Gmax@ellmax.com) writes directly to Epstein: "She is all set to go to you I think? Is something else up?" Epstein had asked about someone, and Maxwell confirms the person is ready for transport. This is Maxwell's own operational email documenting her direct involvement in moving people to Epstein.
Correlation with manifest patterns: The manifests (Part 5 table above) show the same anonymization pattern these emails document — unnamed females booked onto flights by staff, listed as "1 Female" or "FEMALE" on manifests, moved between properties with 24-hour turnaround. The emails provide the mechanism; the manifests document the result.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Official passenger manifests produced under Public Records Request document the presence of identified minors (age 17) and multiple unidentified females on Epstein's aircraft along trafficking routes. Three 17-year-old females on a single flight to the USVI with Epstein is documented evidence of minor transport. v2.5 email evidence (EFTA02425779, EFTA02437015, EFTA02441584) documents the operational mechanics behind the manifest entries: 24-hour booking cycles, apartment arrangements at destinations, Maxwell providing housing ("ghisaline says ther is an apt"), and Maxwell directly coordinating person transport ("She is all set to go to you"). This does NOT prove the minors were trafficking victims — they could theoretically have been traveling with parental consent. However, the selective redaction pattern (Epstein always named, victims concealed), the depersonalized identification method, the known trafficking routes, and the email evidence of anonymized same-day booking establish a pattern consistent with systematic victim transport. The crew on every documented flight — Rodgers, Visoski, Morrison — all transferred from Wexner's Limited Brands aviation ecosystem.
