On January 6, 2018, an unidentified friend emailed Epstein at his personal Gmail (jeevacation@gmail.com — V5.1: confirmed as Jeffrey Epstein's own email, see efta02256494 where "jeffrey E." jeevacation@gmail.com directs Brockman payment):
"Having dinner with some friends in Miami and he said he's bringing Lawrence Stroll. You guys still friends? Didn't he do something where he couldn't come to the States for awhile?"
Epstein replied:
"havent seem him in a very long time. hes done very well with michale kors, partners with silas chow. . very loud. i htink there was a tax problem but"
"You guys still friends?" — A third party assumed the Epstein-Stroll friendship. It was common knowledge in their Miami social circle.
"Didn't he do something where he couldn't come to the States for awhile?" — About STROLL, not Epstein. Someone believed Stroll had a period of US inadmissibility — possibly a tax issue.
"havent seem him in a very long time" — The relationship cooled. But Epstein didn't deny it existed.
"partners with silas chow" — Epstein referenced Stroll's business partner Silas Chou by name and described the partnership (they co-invested in Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors).
"very loud" — A personal characterization. Epstein described Stroll's personality in a way that indicates direct acquaintance.
"tax problem" — Epstein referenced an unspecified tax issue involving Stroll. The sentence trails off with "but" — he considered saying more.

HONEST ASSESSMENT OF PARTS 1-7 + V6.0: These seven core evidence sections plus v6.0 mining discoveries span 2001-2018 and establish that (1) Epstein's office sent a package to Stroll, (2) the Stroll family had a documented social relationship with Maxwell, (3) Stroll was invited to an Epstein dinner (which Aston Martin formally denied he attended in Jan 2026), (4) Epstein tracked Stroll's aircraft and discussed him with staff, (5) Epstein's aircraft reached Montreal in 2015 in an explicitly maintenance context, (6) Epstein stated he had not seen Stroll "in a very long time" by 2018, and (7) Mandelson used Epstein as a broker for inquiries about Asprey (Stroll's former company) and Silverstone (F1). V6.0 also discovered that Michael Stroll (not Lawrence) was listed as Witness #161 on a civil trial witness list, and that Epstein actively denied Michael Stroll was a client in letters to journalist Vicky Ward. What they do NOT establish: any criminal conduct by Lawrence Stroll, any awareness by Stroll of Epstein's crimes, or any financial relationship between the two men. The documents are consistent with a social acquaintance between wealthy individuals who moved in overlapping circles — a relationship that appears to have been more significant to Epstein (who tracked Stroll's assets) than to Stroll (who is never documented initiating contact). No document in this report shows Stroll contacting Epstein.
