- [V6.0] BV70 LLC — FULL AML INQUIRY (EFTA01357173): Deutsche Bank AML compliance inquiry dated April 12, 2017, reveals: a $22,500,000 incoming wire from BV70 LLC to PLAN D, LLC (Epstein's entity) on March 31, 2017. Deutsche Bank employee Cynthia Rodriguez (CC: Stewart Oldfield) explains: "BV70 LLC is solely owned by Leon Black"; the wire purpose was "to pay a fee as Mr. Black is a client of Mr. Epstein"; BV70 "currently owns Mr. Black's yacht"; address: 9 W 57th St, NY 10019 (Apollo HQ). "Mr. Epstein is expecting $8-10mn more to come into the account." The AML team asked why KYC indicated the account was for airplane costs but the entity owns Black's yacht — the discrepancy was never resolved in the document.
