V7.0 KEY DISCOVERY — December 2015 TED Booking: The mining reveals that the 2018 TED visa denial was NOT Epstein's first attempt at TED attendance. On December 15, 2015, a $1,500 CAD conference room deposit was charged to the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver (900 Canada Place, V6C3L5). The explicit instruction: "because Jeffrey does not want his name associated with the reservation as it is during the TED conferences." This email — sent to Bella Klein with Richard Kahn CC'd — was then forwarded again on February 15, 2018 (EFTA02239060/EFTA00469610) during the 2018 TED planning, proving the 2018 operation inherited its concealment strategy from 2015. TED 2016 was held April 15-19, 2016 in Vancouver.
V7.0 KEY DISCOVERY — July 2016 Montreal Preclearance Abort: Epstein was actively planning a Montreal trip in July 2016. On July 17, Visoski emailed flight times (CYUL-TEB: 53min, TEB-CYUL: 51min, CYUL-BOS: 41min). Epstein immediately asked: "can we pre clear in montreal i think so = until what time." Visoski called US Preclearance Customs at CYUL (514-636-3875) and confirmed: "this service is only offered to Airline flights, not private aircraft." Visoski also confirmed with Teterboro customs that "Canada preclearance program use to exist for Private flights, but is no longer offered." This resolves Open Question Q8 — the 2016 B.C. trip was aborted because Epstein could not pre-clear US customs in Montreal on a private aircraft, meaning he would face full customs inspection at Teterboro on return. For a convicted sex offender traveling with unknown companions, this was presumably unacceptable.
V7.0 CBP TECS Confirmation (retained from v5.1): On March 20, 2014, Epstein cleared US customs at Seattle King County International Airport arriving from YVR (Vancouver) on general aviation aircraft 212JE, traveling solo, with a 5-minute secondary inspection yielding a negative result. This upgrades the March 2014 Vancouver entry from Grade B to Grade A1.
Caveat retained: "Outbound Canada — Inbound TEB" documents a scheduled RETURN flight — not proof the flight was flown.
