¶ HONEST ASSESSMENT
This is the gap between "Epstein had extensive Canadian elite connections" and "Epstein's criminal operation extended into Canada." The report is strong on the first proposition and genuinely thin on the second. The v7.0 mining enriches the elite connections side dramatically — Austin Hill's encrypted communications, $75K retainer to a Montreal company, two planned TED conferences, and active preclearance logistics — and v8.0 deepens it further with Blockstream corporate leadership at Little St. James, Bobby Slayton's pattern of extended stays at Epstein properties, and the Epstein-brokered Blythe Masters introduction. The "Sneaky" chain (v8.0) is the closest the report comes to crossing the procurement line — a woman deceiving her partner to visit Epstein's Virgin Islands property, with Groff creating fake tickets for cover. But without her identity, we cannot assess her age or the nature of the relationship. The procurement question remains essentially unresolved for Canada specifically. Acknowledging this boundary strengthens the report's credibility.
