WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The documents show a corporate structure where Innovium holds consolidated control of Seed Media. They do not in themselves prove that this structure was designed to conceal Epstein's participation. The absence of Epstein's name from corporate documents is consistent with multiple explanations, including a legitimate preference for confidentiality. However, taken as a whole with the emails below, the documents indicate a pattern of decision-making authority without a corporate paper trail.
