The trust's registered address is listed as: 551 Madison Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, NY -- the address of Wexner's Manhattan offices.
Leslie Wexner is documented in the corpus as Epstein's principal financial patron (see GOY-05: Wexner -- The Patron). Epstein held power of attorney and acted as a fiduciary of the Wexner Foundation. The fact that the Wexner Children's Trust II co-invests in the same funding rounds as Innovium -- the vehicle through which Epstein channeled funds to Seed Media -- indicates a convergence of interests between the Wexner trust and investments controlled by Epstein.
Operational emails (jmail, Nov 2007) document wire transfers to the "Wexner Childrens Trust II" and a "Final Decision re Wexner Trust" -- confirming that the trust was active and that financial decisions concerning it were being made by Epstein's inner circle.

This does not prove that Epstein directed this investment -- the trust had its own trustees who could make independent decisions. However, the convergence with Innovium investments and the documentation of Epstein's control over trust decisions via the Wexner power of attorney creates a significant circumstantial pattern.
