- Managing Partners: James M. Gould and Frederic H. Mayerson -- both serving on the Seed Media board of directors alongside Ghislaine Maxwell
- Named principal in emails: "Dennis" (Walnut) -- Bly discusses structuring an "exit for Dennis/Walnut" (EFTA00764689); "Jimmy" (Walnut) listed on the audit committee (EFTA00730006)
- Email presence: EFTA02411362 (Montreal meeting), EFTA02411684 (Kahn due diligence conflict)
- Associated entities: Hauser 46 LLC and Hauser Davis Tysoe LLC (8260 Northcreek Drive Suite 200, Cincinnati) -- habitual co-investors with the Walnut Group
The Canadian corporate entities (4230094 Canada Inc., 88650 Canada Ltd.), the Spiegel Sohmer firm, and the individuals Jamie Macintosh, Neil Raymond, and Vera Savcic have zero presence in the corpus beyond the 16 identified EFTA. These entities and persons exist exclusively within the Seed Media/Innovium financial documents.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The capitalization table documents Montreal investments in Seed Media. The use of numbered companies (4230094, 88650) is standard practice in Quebec and does not in itself constitute an indicator of concealment. The use of a law firm (Spiegel Sohmer) as an address is also a common practice. The beneficial owners of these entities are not identified in the documents examined.
