- ICIJ record: Paradise Papers entity, incorporated September 2, 1977 in the Bahamas
- Registered agent: Veronica D. Grant & Co. (Freeport) -- identified in the ICIJ database as a Bahamas Leaks intermediary
- LEI: 2138002N56PSIKCTLQ36 -- a Legal Entity Identifier indicates participation in financial transactions or securities operations
- Beneficial owner: UNKNOWN. Bahamas privacy laws protect owner identities
WHAT THIS SHOWS: A Paradise Papers entity, incorporated in the same jurisdiction as other documented Epstein entities (Freeport, Bahamas), invests alongside the Wexner Children's Trust II and Innovium in Seed Media. The entity's age (1977) and its LEI indicate an operational entity rather than a mere dormant shell. WHAT THIS DOES NOT SHOW: The Bahamian ownership of Mercury Trade is not identifiable. The investment in Seed Media does not prove a link to Epstein.

- Identification: Peterson Management is the family office of Peter G. Peterson (1926--2018), co-founder of The Blackstone Group and former U.S. Secretary of Commerce
- David B. Peterson is one of Peter G. Peterson's five children. Michael Alexander Peterson runs Peterson Management as CEO
- "Paul Newman" is a trust administrator at Peterson Management, not the actor
- [v2.1] ICIJ databases contain THE PETERSON FAMILY INTERNATIONAL TRUST I and THE PETERSON FAMILY INTERNATIONAL TRUST II (offshore entities), as well as an ICIJ officer "Peterson - David R." The relationship between these offshore entities and the David B. Peterson Trust investor in Seed Media is not established -- "Peterson" is a common surname
WHAT THIS SHOWS: The son of the Blackstone co-founder invests in Seed Media via the Peterson family office. Blackstone co-founder Stephen Schwarzman appears 179 times in published Epstein documents. ICIJ databases contain offshore Peterson trusts and an officer "David R. Peterson," but identification is not confirmed. WHAT THIS DOES NOT SHOW: A direct Peter G. Peterson-Epstein link has not been identified. The name match with ICIJ entities may be a coincidence.
