On February 10, 2026, Rep. Ro Khanna read six names on the House floor — men whose identities had been concealed in the DOJ file releases without clear legal justification:

Following the congressional outcry, the DOJ un-redacted more than a dozen additional names from the files.
The six names represent different tiers of public accountability:
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The congressional statements document that these six names were redacted and subsequently revealed. The act of redaction does NOT prove criminal involvement — names may be redacted for various legal and procedural reasons. The FBI's "co-conspirator" label for Wexner is a significant designation, but it was subsequently contradicted by the AUSA. None of the six individuals have been charged with crimes in connection with Epstein.
