A newly unredacted FBI document dated August 15, 2019 — six days after Epstein's death — names eight co-conspirators. Four were revealed publicly on February 10, 2026: Lesley Groff, Les Wexner, Jean-Luc Brunel, and Ghislaine Maxwell. Four remain redacted.
The co-conspirator designation was contained in the FBI document, not in a court filing. The 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) shields co-conspirators from federal prosecution in the Southern District of Florida only — it does not protect against charges in other jurisdictions (SDNY, USVI, etc.).
This is the first time Groff — the central scheduling hub documented in PART 6 — has been publicly identified in an FBI document as a co-conspirator.
The DOJ released approximately 3.5 million pages, 2,000+ videos, and 180,000 images. Data Set 11 contains financial ledgers directly relevant to MOL-08's cash disbursement analysis. A 56-page Palm Beach house manual documents the domestic operational procedures at the Florida property.
Ghislaine Maxwell invoked the Fifth Amendment throughout her House Oversight Committee deposition. Her attorney offered testimony in exchange for clemency. NULL result for MOL-08: Zero household infrastructure content was produced from the Maxwell deposition.

Eva Andersson-Dubin was named as a backup (contingent) trustee in the 1953 Trust — not a primary trustee. She would serve only if other designated trustees resigned or became unable to serve. In April 2020, upon discovering she was named in the trust, she "immediately signed a Renunciation and Disclaimer Form" and submitted it to the estate trustees. Her daughter Celina also renounced any potential inheritance.
However, in 2009 — following Epstein's conviction — Glenn and Eva Dubin submitted a character reference letter during probation proceedings. Eva stated Epstein was "a very close and important friend" and they were "comfortable allowing him continued access to their children." The USVI Attorney General subpoenaed both Dubins in September 2020 for documents regarding financial transactions and communications with Epstein from 1998 to present.
Eva Dubin Flight Records (N15): 36 flights documented between 1995 and 2005, all on N908JE/N909JE aircraft. Flight departure/arrival location properties do NOT exist on Flight nodes (confirmed null), so routes cannot be mapped from graph data. The flight records end in 2005 — before the 2007 conviction.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The February 2026 developments establish that the household infrastructure documented in this dossier is under active federal and congressional scrutiny. Groff's co-conspirator designation elevates her from "scheduling hub" to "FBI-identified co-conspirator." The Indyke/Kahn testimony and the Wyden letter revelations place the financial apparatus under congressional oversight. Eva Dubin's backup trustee role and prompt renunciation reduce (but do not eliminate) her formal connection to the trust infrastructure. These developments do NOT result in criminal charges against any newly named individual as of this writing.
