[GRADE A1 — EFTA00161528 (FBI internal communication, verified)]
The v4.0 mine confirmed the existence of FBI case 50D-NY3027571 within the corpus.
An FBI internal email dated July 22, 2025 between two FBI agents at the New York Field Office:
The case number 50D-NY3027571 was previously identified through X/Twitter research (N7 in Feb 14 X Research) but had never been found within the corpus. The v4.0 fulltext search for the literal case number returned 0 hits (it exists as an attachment filename, not in document body text), but the FBI "Names in JE file" email confirms it is an active case index being shared among FBI NY agents as recently as July 2025.
The "UNREDACTED" designation in the spreadsheet filename suggests the FBI maintains both redacted and unredacted versions of the Epstein case index. The FYSA routing indicates active case awareness. Hoffman's name appearing in the fulltext of this document (via the v4.0 mine's FBI+Hoffman search returning this as the top hit at score 10.7) places him within the FBI's case index.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: An FBI internal email confirms the existence of an unredacted case index for 50D-NY3027571. Hoffman's name appears in the context of this document. It does NOT establish that Hoffman is a target, subject, or person of interest in the case. Appearing in a case index may reflect nothing more than being mentioned in seized communications. The case number format (50D = domestic investigation) and assignment to NY Field Office are consistent with the Epstein trafficking investigation.
