Four emails in the DOJ corpus, all dated May 27, 2010, establish Epstein's detailed knowledge of FirstMark Communications' ownership structure and his ongoing relationship with Lynn Forester de Rothschild.
v1.2 deep mining recovered the complete email thread. The correspondent is Peter Mandelson (former UK Secretary of State). The chain reads bottom-to-top:

Epstein's emails identify "Kenneth Starr, a different one" as Rothschild's financial advisor -- the financial manager Kenneth Starr (not the Whitewater prosecutor), who was convicted of fraud in 2010 for running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded clients of $59 million. v1.2 full text reveals Epstein told Mandelson that Starr "told the IRS that she has done some naughties" -- alleging Starr informed on Rothschild's financial activities to tax authorities. This suggests Epstein had inside knowledge of Starr's cooperation with the IRS, which preceded Starr's own indictment.
v1.1 mining confirmed Kenneth Starr (ioe-entity) has 1,003 relationships in the graph and is MENTIONED_IN HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021958_part2. v1.2 deep mining recovered the full text of HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021958_part2: it contains excerpts from James Patterson's "Filthy Rich" book covering Epstein's post-Bear Stearns period (Ana Obregon, Drysdale Securities recovery). The Kenneth Starr mention in this document appears to be an NER extraction rather than substantive Interlochen-related content.
Conrad Black (ioe-entity) has 219 relationships in the graph. Epstein identifies him as a FirstMark director alongside Kissinger. Black was convicted of fraud and obstruction in 2007. Mandelson's email confirms he was also approached to join FirstMark's board.

v1.4 mining expanded the Forester evidence base with two additional documents, while three claimed Maxwell proffer documents were NOT FOUND in the corpus:
116 East 65th Street -- Second Townhouse Transaction (EFTA01654664): Property records confirm that 116 East 65th Street, Manhattan (a 5-story duplex, Block 1399 Lot 65, built 1910) was acquired on July 6, 2000 for $4,950,000 by "116 EAST 65TH STREET LLC." The property was owned by this LLC entity through at least 2015 (listed as absentee owner 2007-2010, then owner-occupied 2011-2015) before being resold on April 14, 2016 to Frederick J. Rudd and Kim L. Greenberg for $15,075,000 ($9.045M mortgage from Citibank). The external dossier claims this LLC was controlled by Maxwell and that Forester sold the property to the LLC; this document confirms the $4.95M purchase price and LLC ownership but does NOT identify the beneficial owner behind "116 EAST 65TH STREET LLC." If confirmed, this would represent a SECOND Forester-Epstein/Maxwell real estate transaction, separate from the documented 2000 townhouse sale where Forester sold a different Manhattan property to Epstein for $8.5M below assessed market value.
Edwards v. Dershowitz Deposition (EFTA02726849): Volume 6 of the videotaped deposition (Bradley J. Edwards and Paul G. Cassell v. Alan M. Dershowitz, Case CACE 15-000072, Broward County FL, January 13, 2016) documents Darren K. Indyke appearing via telephone on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein and asserting privilege objections throughout the proceeding. Indyke's repeated "Outside the privilege" and "Objection" interventions demonstrate active legal protection of Epstein's interests in civil litigation involving victim allegations.
Maxwell Proffer Documents -- NOT FOUND: Three documents cited in the external dossier -- EFTA02846943 (Maxwell proffer: "helped Forester... she'll deny it"), EFTA02846680 (Maxwell proffer, Forester denials), and EFTA02780700 (Forester as witness in Giuffre v. Maxwell Rule 26) -- returned zero results across all six source datasets in the pipeline. These appear to be sealed cooperation proffer and pretrial procedural documents that were never included in any EFTA production batch. The external dossier claims based on these documents cannot be verified through the current corpus. The Forester-Epstein relationship documented in v1.1-v1.2 (five flights 1997-1998, FirstMark $100K to Interlochen, $8.5M townhouse sale, introduction of Dershowitz and Prince Andrew to Epstein) stands on independently verified evidence.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The v1.2 full email chain documents that Epstein was actively coordinating with Peter Mandelson to disseminate damaging information about Rothschild's financial advisor Kenneth Starr to journalists (Landon Thomas, Sharon Churcher) on the same day. The revelation that Evelyn de Rothschild was "masquerading under the name Robert Acton" while still married suggests concealed financial dealings. The FirstMark board -- Conrad Black (convicted fraud), Henry Kissinger, with Mandelson also approached -- represents a nexus of political and financial power. The FirstMark $100K Interlochen donation "in Epstein's honor" (1999) occurred during the Rothschild-Epstein relationship's most active period (five flights 1997-1998, townhouse sale 2000). The v1.4 evidence of a potential second townhouse transaction (116 E 65th St, $4.95M in July 2000 -- same month as the documented $8.5M sale) and continued Indyke privilege assertions in victim-related litigation expands the documented scope of the Forester-Epstein network. The timeline shows systematic collaboration across financial, social, and real estate dimensions over 5+ years. Rothschild's official position is that she denies knowledge of Epstein's criminal activities. No court documents or victim testimony directly implicate Rothschild in illicit activities. The distinction between documented association and criminal culpability is legally significant. The $100K FirstMark donation exists only in subpoenaed CRM records and has never appeared in public reporting.
