WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The absence of communications and financial data from September 2001 reflects corpus coverage limitations, not evidence of a deliberate communication blackout. Any conclusions about Epstein's network activity during 9/11 must rely entirely on the flight records (which show continued operations) and external sources.
