Al Thani connects Dimitrios Demestichas (Country Manager at Lysys WLL, a Doha-based company) to discuss Carbyne implementation in Qatar.

WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The document establishes that Epstein was included in Carbyne's international business development as recently as February 2019. Being cc'd on a Qatar sales pitch positions Epstein as a stakeholder whose involvement was known to foreign business contacts. This does NOT establish that Qatar's government knew of Epstein's criminal history or that the business relationship was improper.
