v3.0 mining of the ICIJ offshore leaks database — the largest offshore entity dataset in the graph — searched for the shell companies documented in Parts 1 and 5 of this dossier. The results provide partial corroboration.
The ICIJ database contains MONTILLA GROUP LIMITED (ICIJ_ENTITY_10093886) incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Junkermann's Carbyne investment vehicle was Montilla International Corporation. While these are not confirmed as the same entity — "Montilla Group" vs "Montilla International" — the BVI jurisdiction matches the offshore shell company pattern used across Epstein's investment architecture.
The ICIJ database contains 11 entities with "Cogito" in the name across multiple jurisdictions:
