- Sam Jaradeh -> Boris Nikolic (Apr 6, 2013, 9:14 PM GMT-03:00): Forwarded message from Sao Paulo (content partially truncated by OCR)
- Boris Nikolic -> Jeffrey Epstein (Apr 6, 2013): "See what I get when I follow your advice -- Sam was making out with Kate Moss in Sao Paulo
I needed to be there! Talk soon B" - Jeffrey Epstein -> Boris Nikolic (Apr 7, 2013, 10:37 AM): "Make bill your bitch"
- Boris Nikolic -> Jeffrey Epstein (Apr 7, 2013, 2:39 AM): "I think you are my bitch =)"
The email's subject is "Re: FW:" with no content -- deliberate obfuscation. The 38-star rating confirms it was flagged as significant by investigators.

Sixteen days later, Epstein sends the most explicit quid-pro-quo instruction in the corpus:
- Epstein -> Nikolic, Andrea Pfanzelter (Apr 22, 2013): "boris will coordinate with rob, re trip expenses etc"
- Nikolic -> Epstein, Andrea Pfanzelter (Apr 22, 2013): "Hi Andrea. Please can you send me a number that I can reach you to discuss?"
- Epstein -> Rod-Larsen, Andrea Pfanzelter (Apr 23, 2013): "andrea should tell him that IPI would accept 5 million as a donation and then be available for actionable items"
Andrea Pfanzelter is IPI staff. Rod-Larsen (IPI President) is copied, confirming Epstein directed IPI's donor solicitation strategy. "Available for actionable items" = diplomatic/policy influence for sale.
[GRADE A1 -- EFTA00872672 (Sep 18, 2013, $5M wire)]
Five months later, the money arrived:
- Larry Cohen (10:29 AM): "Confirming - Wire is going today."
- Nikolic (11:58 AM): "As soon as it goes through I will let you know (the wire shows up the same day)."
- Nikolic (10:28 PM, CC Epstein): "I see wire transfer for 5M advance just started showing (processing). THANK YOU Boris"
The $5M is described as an "advance" -- not a donation. Cohen (Gates's financial representative) confirms the wire. This creates a direct financial chain: Epstein's Apr 23 instruction to IPI ("accept 5 million") -> Cohen executing $5M wire Sep 18 -> Nikolic confirming receipt.

The most significant financial email in the corpus -- all four principals on one thread:

- Bill Gates: "I agree it is great to have an agreement that works for everyone."
- Nikolic: "I am glad that this is at the end. It was difficult for everyone involved."
- Cohen: "Need to work on mechanics for advance as just discussed."
This proves Epstein was not a peripheral social contact -- he was the deal architect negotiating terms directly with Bill Gates. Additional Cohen-Gates-Epstein emails confirm ongoing coordination:
- Sep 1, 2013: Epstein to Cohen, subject "Bill Gates": "These structures could also be used to transfer gifts to your children or friends gift tax free"
- Jul 17, 2014: Epstein to Cohen + Gates: "Good call with Connie" / Cohen: "looks like we are making some good progress"

¶ April 2013 Context
v4.0 mines 15 emails from April 1-30, 2013, revealing a dense operational month:
- Apr 2: Nikolic scheduling calls
- Apr 5: "Forgot to ask you re Jawbone!" heading to Hong Kong
- Apr 7: The "bitch" email
- Apr 14: Photos from Necker Island trip: "Great pics... It was short but terrific!"
- Apr 21: "We will need to talk. I am at mtg whole day."
- Apr 23: The IPI $5M email
- Apr 26: Nikolic forwarding UBS CIO Monthly report (financial intelligence)
- Apr 27: Epstein: "we need to talk re thorborn, house, schedule, joe" -- "thorborn" likely refers to Thorbjorn Jagland (Secretary General, Council of Europe), another Rod-Larsen/IPI connection.
¶ ANALYSIS
The "Make bill your bitch" email, in full context, is Epstein-Nikolic banter triggered by Jaradeh's Kate Moss photo. The "bill" reference remains ambiguous -- it could be casual shorthand or a direct Gates reference. However, the temporal context is decisive: the email appears 16 days before the IPI $5M "available for actionable items" instruction and 5 months before the $5M wire. Whether or not "bill" = Gates in this specific email, the April 2013 sequence proves Epstein was simultaneously managing Nikolic's social life (Necker Island, Jaradeh parties), directing IPI donor strategy, and channeling financial intelligence -- all while the Gates-Nikolic partnership was active.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Documents prove Epstein directed IPI's $5M solicitation, the wire arrived as an "advance" via Cohen, and Gates was on the same email thread negotiating separation terms with Epstein. They do NOT prove "bill" in "Make bill your bitch" refers to Gates (context suggests banter) or that the $5M wire was specifically from Gates to IPI (Cohen's role as intermediary leaves the actual source ambiguous).
