GRADE A1/A2 -- Flight records, FBI evidence logs, USVI litigation
Two flights on N212JE list "Jeffrey Epstein" as a passenger after his death:
Both flights traveled to Epstein's USVI properties. Either the flight records were falsified, the name was used as a booking placeholder by estate operators, or the aircraft was moved with incorrect manifests.
Mark Alexander Chung flew on N331JE on July 29-30, 2019 -- during Epstein's incarceration -- with zero co-passengers. N331JE is not among Epstein's four registered aircraft (N908JE, N909JE, N212JE, N34JE). Chung has no Person node in the 5.37M-node graph, no jmail presence, and no other corpus footprint. One "Chung" in the corpus -- Yoonsun Chung (229 rels) -- is Deutsche Bank's AML Compliance VP who reviewed the Epstein Insurance Trust beneficiary structure.
FBI Collected Item Log documents: "Seizure of items from safe of 9 East 71st, NY, NY" on July 23, 2019, items collected from Richard Kahn (EFTA00172012). This occurred the same day as the first "suicide attempt." Kahn was "interviewed by phone on 07/11/2019 during the execution of a search warrant at 9 East 71st Street" (EFTA00091979).
On August 10, 2019, SA [redacted] seized 18 hard drives from the MCC, removed from the NiceVision Pro CCTV system by MCC Electronics Technician (EFTA00075837). These were uploaded to Relativity for privilege review in January 2020 (EFTA00096276). FBI lab submitted the DVR evidence on August 16, but the report was not dated until June 16, 2021 -- nearly two years to process.
USVI government filed suit against: Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, The 1953 Trust, Plan D LLC, Great St. Jim LLC, Nautilus Inc., Hyperion Air LLC, Poplar Inc. (EFTA00104216). SDNY prepared an "Analysis of Possible Corporate Prosecution" in December 2019 (EFTA02731069). A Google search captured in evidence shows someone searched: "Darren Indyke AND allegation OR arrest OR bribe OR convict OR corrupt" (EFTA01298774).
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The ghost flights, Chung mystery, same-day safe seizure and suicide attempt, and the near-two-year DVR processing delay are documented anomalies. The estate litigation confirms the scale of Epstein's corporate structure. However, the ghost flights may have innocent explanations (estate aircraft operations), and Chung may be a pilot or contractor whose identity is simply not in the Epstein-focused corpus.
