Epstein's death eliminated the only person who knew the full scope of the DNA collection program: who was tested, what results were obtained, where samples were stored, and what leverage was derived. The seized evidence from 71st Street and the FBI lab analysis (EFTA00035759) may contain partial records, but the operating intelligence -- the knowledge of how each DNA result was used -- died with Epstein.
