On August 28, 2019, an FBI internal email chain discussed an "Interview Of Purported Epstein Victim." An FBI agent wrote: "I didn't realize Bush raped him too. Ok. SSA - FBI New York."

The purported victim was unable to provide any supporting or corroborating evidence or witness identities.
The FBI itself declined to pursue these claims. The combination of recovered repressed memories, factually impossible claims (ritual cannibalism), lack of any corroborating evidence, and the victim being introduced by a conspiracy website operator with a criminal record establishes this as an unreliable disclosure. The "Bush raped him too" FBI email is a law enforcement acknowledgment that the claim was made, not validation of the claim.
