[GRADE A2 -- Multiple EFTAs (Epstein's seized email)]
On September 9, 2014, Lesley Groff emailed: "Bob Kerry needs details for the lunch(Es) this weekend with Peter Thiel and possibly Bill Burns" (EFTA02589110). This places three high-profile figures at coordinated lunches at Epstein's properties:
Additional Thiel findings: On October 7, 2016, a lunch with "Thiel and Churkin" was scheduled at Epstein's NY home -- Vitaly Churkin was Russia's UN Ambassador, who died suddenly in February 2017. Thiel is also documented meeting Thorbjorn Jagland (Secretary General of Council of Europe, Nobel Committee chair) "on the island" in April 2014.
Epstein received Treasury Secretary intelligence from three separate sources:
| Date | Source | Content | EFTA |
|---|---|---|---|
| May 5, 2011 | Boris Nikolic (Gates advisor) | "ask bill, who he would propose for treasury secretary. confidential" | EFTA01869569 |
| Nov 9, 2016 | Landon Thomas Jr. (NYT) | "Who is going to be Treasury Secretary?" (Election Day) | EFTA02670710 |
| Nov 14, 2016 | Landon Thomas Jr. (NYT) | "Steve Forbes for Treasury Secretary?? |
EFTA01062019 |
| Nov 29, 2016 | Landon Thomas Jr. (NYT) | "How well do you know him [Mnuchin]?" | EFTA01787689 |
| Nov 30, 2016 | Kathy Ruemmler | "dems are going to take out...Mnuchin may be one of them" | EFTA02669275 |
Thomas's Election Day email is particularly notable: a major NYT financial reporter asking a convicted sex offender for guidance on what to write and who will lead Treasury. His Nov 14 follow-up reveals Epstein's personal relationship with Larry Kudlow (future NEC Director): "Your old pal Larry Kudlow."
Epstein coordinated a DOJ meeting through the Rothschild channel: "working on doj meeting for 26th" (EFTA02490805, Aug 19, 2015) -- emailed to Ariane de Rothschild.
Harold Webb's 7-page letter to SDNY (EFTA01681961, Dec 18, 2020) maps the institutional chain that produced the 2007 non-prosecution agreement, naming: Alice Fisher (DOJ Criminal Division Chief), Sigal Mandelker (Deputy AG), Mark Filip (Deputy AG), Kenneth Starr (Epstein defense counsel), and Jay Lefkowitz (Epstein defense counsel).
EFTA00619355 contains a 22-page pitch deck from Intelligo Group, an Israeli private intelligence firm:
The political intelligence network documents Epstein as a central node receiving information about government appointments, policy decisions, and institutional access -- from the Gates Foundation, the New York Times, Goldman Sachs, the CIA, and Israeli intelligence simultaneously. The three independent Treasury Secretary channels demonstrate that Epstein was not merely receiving information passively but was actively consulted by major institutional actors.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Documents show Epstein received Treasury Secretary intelligence from three independent channels, coordinated DOJ meetings through the Rothschild network, hosted lunches with intelligence/finance/tech leaders, and received pitches from Israeli intelligence firms. They do NOT show Epstein influenced government appointments or that the intelligence was used for illegal purposes.
