December 7, 2010: Thiel Foundation event invitation in Epstein's files (EFTA00752271). Organizations showcased: Singularity Institute for AI, SENS Foundation, Seasteading Institute, Santa Fe Institute, X Prize.
June 22, 2015 (EFTA00346447): Sushi lunch. Thiel visits Epstein's location. Alisa Bekins (Executive Office of Peter Thiel) orders sushi from Atlantic Grill. Bekins later emails Groff: "Can you push him out the door!? He is late for his next meeting."
February 4, 2016 (EFTA00329433): Breakfast at Epstein's home. Bekins sends detailed dietary restrictions to Groff: approved proteins (bass, beef, chicken, lamb), approved sushi, avoid dairy/fruits/gluten/grains/sugar. "Peter mentioned he is heading to Jeff's tomorrow at 9:30 AM."
April 8, 2016 (EFTA02466806, EFTA02467183, EFTA02054715): Two-hour lunch at Thiel Capital, 1 Letterman Drive, Building C, Suite 400, San Francisco. Samantha Booher (Thiel Capital) emails: "I wanted to confirm your lunch with Peter tomorrow at 12PM at his office in the presidio. Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies?" Epstein replies: "allergic only to boring people so no worry." Groff forwards the Thiel Capital address to pilot Larry Visoski: "he will go have lunch with Peter Thiel." Epstein flew his private aircraft to San Francisco specifically for this meeting.

July 20, 2013 (EFTA01966971): Epstein emails Reid Hoffman after a visit: "deception (biological, financial, physical), includes camouflage, stenography, signal intelligence, (alice and bob)" and "evolutionary strategies require both thiel and hoffman forms to cope with dynamic environments." Epstein frames Thiel and Hoffman as representing contrasting strategic paradigms within a framework that includes signals intelligence.
April 11, 2016 (EFTA00829752, EFTA00703649, EFTA00829577): Multi-email exchange. Epstein initiates with a discussion of Robert Trivers, deception as evolutionary strategy, camouflage, and HIV masquerading as self. Thiel replies: "The main form of deception in science is fake scientists trying to get government grant money." On whether deception increases over time: "if government grows stronger, it will be able to get away with more deception (think fascist/communist propaganda, or Orwell's 1984)." Epstein responds: "evolution seems to invade culture as well as biological systems. in any socially competitive game govt. grants. relationships deception is a useful strategy, when you have observers, even more so. as it provides leverage over a group at a small cost."
April 20, 2013 (EFTA00642466): Epstein's personal stream-of-consciousness notes or contact planning list: "thiel, elon, viber, benny, security conference, music and brain, power, signal intelligence" and -- on the same page -- "keith alexander panetta, paterus." Keith Alexander was NSA Director (2005-2014). Leon Panetta was CIA Director (2009-2011). David Petraeus was CIA Director (2011-2012). Thiel appears on the same page as three intelligence community principals.
August 1, 2015 (EFTA02491483): Epstein writes to Kathy Ruemmler (former Obama White House Counsel): "its an interesting question for one of our nsa guys, whether their intercepts can distinguish gender with some degree of regularity. fyi my meeting with zuckerburg has grown as they all want info on money, elon musk, thiel, reid hoffman, it will be fun." The phrase "our nsa guys" implies Epstein claimed access to NSA-affiliated contacts. Thiel is listed alongside Zuckerberg, Musk, and Hoffman as figures of interest at an upcoming meeting.
August 2018 (EFTA01615261): Epstein-Bannon iMessage: "1. Peter Thiel in town. 2. Lets make sure you are keeping your own path on front burner... 3 at the same time. Take no heat re me. Not worth it for the moment." In the same thread: "She reported to and was protected by French intelligence. They were not referred to as red sparrows but French swallows. An amazing Intel op."
June 2019 (EFTA01618867): One of Epstein's last documented Thiel references. A contact named "Martin" attends "Peter's meeting" in Florence and reports: "Peter Thiel is great." Epstein instructs: "If Peter is there you can tell him we are friends." This is weeks before Epstein's July 6, 2019 arrest.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The documents establish a sustained, multi-year personal relationship between Thiel and Epstein involving confirmed in-person meetings, substantive intellectual exchanges, assistant-to-assistant scheduling logistics, dietary accommodation, and personal contacts. Epstein placed Thiel in the same mental framework as intelligence community principals and referenced "our nsa guys" in connection with meetings involving Thiel. This does NOT establish that Thiel had knowledge of Epstein's criminal activities or that any meeting involved improper conduct.
