[ANALYSIS] The September 12 calendar reminder (EFTA02097019) is operationally significant. "Who else do we tell Bob Kerrey will be at lunch?" reveals Epstein selectively disclosing attendee lists -- managing who knows who else is attending. This is information compartmentation, an operational security technique consistent with intelligence tradecraft rather than typical social event planning.
v2.0 Phase G queried all flights within 7 days of September 13-14, 2014. Result: only 3 records -- all Epstein alone on N212JE. No other passengers listed. The September 2014 cluster -- if it occurred as scheduled -- was conducted entirely through non-aviation channels. Participants arrived independently. This is consistent with New York-based meetings where attendees lived locally or traveled commercially.
September 23 is analytically significant: Ruemmler joined Epstein and Barak for lunch. Critically, Ruemmler was not passively invited -- she actively requested to join the Jagland and Barak meetings (EFTA00363093-97: "Kathy Ruemmler is in NY and would love to join"). Epstein was also actively managing the Ruemmler-Thiel introduction as a priority: "also remind me of kathy ruemler with peter thiel" (EFTA00363236). The relationship continued well beyond 2014. In September 2015 (EFTA00285156), Ruemmler attended a dinner with Ehud Barak, Terje Rod-Larsen, the President of Mongolia, and Peter Attia -- demonstrating ongoing integration with heads of state and the Israeli intelligence-adjacent track.

WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The September 2014 cluster precedes the Reporty/Carbyne investment formalization by approximately 3 months. In a single month, Epstein's documented schedule places him with the future CIA Director, a Palantir co-founder, a 9/11 Commission member, a former White House Counsel, and a former Israeli PM. The cluster is documented. Whether these contacts were coordinated or coincidental is not established.
