August 1, 2015 (EFTA02491483): Epstein to Ruemmler: "its an interesting question for one of our nsa gus, whether their intercepts can distinguish gender with some degree of regularity. fyi my meeting with zuckerburg has grown as they all want info on money, elon musk, thiel, reid hoffman, it will be fun."
March 2, 2012 (EFTA01842947): Epstein to Nikolic: "I want to talk to her about signal processing, and its application to biological systems. wavelet anaylsis, elliptical transformations, either her or if you can help arrange through her the NSA guys."
The possessive "our" (not "some" or "an") implies an ongoing, proprietary relationship with NSA-affiliated personnel. The 2012 email reveals a second, independent NSA access channel through Nikolic and "regina" (unidentified), distinct from the Barak-Priell channel used for Alexander.
Phase F2 returned 20 documents containing language about approaching government officials and heads of state. The most significant involve Barak's operational communications about diplomatic access, consistent with a former head of state maintaining government relationships. Specific documents require further manual review for new evidence.
Phase F3 returned 30 documents containing these legal terms. These are primarily financial compliance documents for STC, Financial Trust Company, and related Epstein entities. The corpus establishes Epstein as "controlling person" of Southern Trust Company -- the same entity that was a Honeycomb LP (Part 11) and the vehicle through which Carbyne investment was routed (OS-04).

EFTA01369678: Trust Self-Certification listing Epstein as Trustor, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn as Trustees, Mark Epstein as Beneficiary, and -- critically -- Celina Dubin (DOB 3/31/1995) as Beneficiary. Celina Dubin is the daughter of Glenn and Eva Dubin. At the time of the Deutsche Bank filings, she would have been 18-19 years old.
EFTA01460272: Entity Self-Certification listing Epstein as Director, Rich Kahn as President, Erika Kellerhals as Secretary/Director, Darren Indyke as Treasurer/Director.
The consistent Epstein-Indyke-Kahn triad across all entities establishes the corporate control network that managed the financial infrastructure supporting all technology investments and intelligence-adjacent activities documented in this dossier.
November 18, 2016 (EFTA01785309): Twelve days after Trump's election. Epstein to Kahn: "you can also suggest to brock that bannon can ask peter thiel about me" and "i realized that if i were you, i would suggest to steve bannon that he talk privately with jeffrey. as you know he knows more about intl finance than anyone on trumps team." Epstein is using Brock Pierce as a conduit to reach Bannon, using Kahn as proxy, and positioning himself as an international finance expert for the incoming administration. The phrasing "if i were you, i would suggest" is Epstein dictating exactly what Kahn should say while maintaining deniability.
August 22, 2018 (EFTA02633319): Calendar alert: "thiel scarumic bannon wolf." This single entry clusters four names: Peter Thiel, Anthony Scaramucci ("scarumic"), Steve Bannon, and "Wolf" (identity unclear). A four-person cluster in Epstein's calendar linking the Palantir founder, two Trump administration figures, and an unidentified individual.
August 2018 (EFTA01615261): Epstein-Bannon iMessage: "1. Peter Thiel in town. 2. Lets make sure you are keeping your own path on front burner... 3 at the same time. Take no heat re me." In the same thread: "She reported to and was protected by French intelligence. They were not referred to as red sparrows but French swallows. An amazing Intel op."
November 2018 (EFTA01615435): During Abu Dhabi meetings with unnamed "powerful" contacts and "our friend," Bannon messages Epstein: "Tomorrow meeting powerful. Reminder. Phones not secure AT ALL." This is explicit counter-surveillance awareness in the context of Gulf state meetings. The warning about phone security and the reference to an unnamed "powerful" contact suggest meetings that participants wanted kept off the record.
December 2018 (EFTA01615465): Epstein-Bannon iMessage reference to "our project" being shut down, in the context of Harvard Kennedy School discussion. The nature of this joint project is undefined but its existence is documented -- Epstein and Bannon had a collaborative undertaking significant enough to be named.
July 2019 (EFTA01615976): In the final weeks before Epstein's July 6 arrest, the Bannon iMessage thread includes: plans to visit Watson at Cold Spring Harbor (James Watson, Nobel laureate, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory founder), Daily Beast article monitoring about sealed Epstein documents, and filming on "the island." The Watson visit connects to the genetic data thread (Part 6) -- Epstein was planning scientific meetings until the very end. The "island" filming reference, in the last days before arrest, is analytically significant.
June 30, 2019 (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_029622): "list for bannon steve" -- compiled 6 days before Epstein's July 6 arrest. Includes: "thiel. hoffman, hoie sinofsky" + "barrack barak" + "prince andrews, jagland, clinton, pastrana, richardson, leahy, jarecki, schumer." This is one of the very last known Epstein documents chronologically. The purpose of a list prepared for Steve Bannon containing these names remains unexplained.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The v2.1 expansion transforms the understanding of the Bannon-Epstein relationship from "occasional meetings" to a sustained operational partnership spanning 16 months of documented iMessages (March 2018 to July 2019). Bannon functioned as: political conduit (Trump administration access via November 2016 email), Gulf state co-traveler (UAE/Abu Dhabi meetings with counter-surveillance precautions), media strategy collaborator ("media training" with "2 camera shoot"), and Cold Spring Harbor visit planner. The June 30, 2019 Bannon list -- prepared days before arrest -- suggests Epstein was organizing his contact network for strategic purposes until the very end. This does NOT establish that Epstein controlled any intelligence operation or that his possessive language reflected actual agency relationships rather than self-aggrandizement.
