November 22, 2018 (EFTA01015996): Masha Drokova introduces 20-year-old Thiel Fellow Neil Serebryany to Epstein: "Raised money from Pala[ntir] founders and a few hedge funds... knows a lot how security for governments is organized from technical standpoint." Serebryany is presented as having direct Palantir-founder financial backing and government security expertise.
October 16, 2020 (EFTA00090314): FBI FD-1023 CHS report from the Los Angeles Field Office. The same Masha Drokova is referenced as having told the CHS "Epstein was a 'wonderful man.'" The CHS report also states: "Dershowitz told CHS that... Epstein belonged to both U.S. and allied intelligence services... trained as a spy under [Barak]."
Phase E4 returned 20 results. The Wolff manuscript (house_oversight_022849) places Brock Pierce at a Sunday lunch with Gates, Zuckerman, and Thiel at Epstein's, where Pierce pitches Bitcoin. Pierce is a venture capitalist and former child actor who became a prominent cryptocurrency figure. His presence at a combined Gates-Thiel-Epstein gathering, pitching Bitcoin, connects the cryptocurrency ecosystem to the surveillance technology network.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The Drokova pipeline connects Putin's youth movement (Drokova's background), the Thiel Fellowship, Palantir founders' investment network, and the Epstein orbit in a single documented chain. Drokova appears in both a first-person corpus email and an FBI CHS intelligence report. This does NOT establish that the Thiel Fellowship is connected to intelligence operations or that Drokova's introduction of Serebryany had improper motives.
