[GRADE A2 -- EFTA00813126, EFTA02532798 (Epstein's files, DOJ release)]
Ehud Barak, in a communication referencing Toka (the Israeli cyber company he co-founded), states: "If you think of approaching Cousins consult with me in advance" (EFTA00813126). The "Cousins" terminology is a documented intelligence community euphemism. [V2.0]: Barak described Toka to Epstein as an initiative of "three of IL's leading players in Cyber (both directions)" who were "courting me to join" (EFTA02532798, Feb 2018).
Israel's Genetic Information Law (2000) restricts direct-to-consumer DNA testing within Israel. Court orders are required for paternity testing. 23andMe does not operate in Israel. Every documented DNA collection activity in the corpus is structured outside Israeli jurisdiction.

[V2.0 EXPANDED -- The Watson Relationship]:
James D. Watson, Nobel laureate and co-discoverer of the DNA double helix, maintained a relationship with Epstein documented across multiple interactions:
[GRADE B -- EFTA01659523 (secondary source)]
The Gates blackmail thread documents that Epstein threatened Gates with exposure of an affair. A Gates spokesperson confirmed Epstein "tried unsuccessfully to leverage" this information. This establishes demonstrated use of personal information as leverage against a billionaire.
Ed Epstein and the DSK DNA Analysis:
Edward Jay Epstein provided forensic DNA analysis related to the Dominique Strauss-Kahn case (EFTA02552323) identifying amylase and "a mixture of DNA from 3 additional unknown individuals."
The Watson timeline reveals sustained engagement with the co-discoverer of DNA structure across January 2017 through July 2019, including a $50K payment, multiple lunches, and plans for a Bannon-filmed visit that collapsed on arrest day. The identity of "Charlie Albright" -- the name on the $50K check sent to Watson's address -- is not explained.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The documents establish that Epstein maintained contacts with Watson through at least 2019, paid $50K to a "Charlie Albright" at Watson's address, and planned a Bannon-filmed visit that was canceled by arrest. The documents do NOT establish that Watson was aware of the DNA collection program, do NOT explain "Charlie Albright," and do NOT connect the Gates blackmail to genetic information.
