Fekkai Salon meetings (routine): Groff to Morris (Mar 2, 2016): "Jeffrey is in fact here, but very booked up! He is asking if you might like to meet at Frederic Fekkai Salon at 2:30... Jeffrey is stepping out for a quick haircut then! ...he often does have people come meet him while he is out... and yes, at the salon too sometimes." Confirmed routine — not a one-off.

MTA bridge: During Morris's Mandatory Time Away, Smith coordinated with Groff to maintain Epstein's trading access (see Section III).
The entire operational chain — from scheduling to salon meetings to trading access during compliance blackouts — routed through an NPA-immunized co-conspirator (Groff), creating a compliance-proof channel between DB and Epstein.
