Identification claims are explicitly graded: CONFIRMED (graph LIKELY_IDENTITY + documentary corroboration), INFERRED (pattern match without graph edge, with stated confidence level), or SPECULATIVE (single-factor match, low confidence). No identification is presented as certain unless graph and documentary evidence converge.
