EFTA01346001, EFTA01346003, EFTA01346005, EFTA01346008 (Jun 23, 2017): Quigley to Wang/Rob Wang:
Wang: "It looks like the transactions (7.5k and 6.6k) have not been uploaded into prime yet."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: The AML alert system was FAILING to flag Epstein/Indyke cash transactions β consistent with the dbforce software bug documented in earlier batches. Quigley proactively identified the gap and initiated corrective action. This is June 2017, one month before the July 2017 structuring confrontation.
EFTA01345990 (May 3, 2017): Wang to Salit, Quigley, Liconte: "Please see enclosed SAIF draft for client Darren Indyke. Client is an attorney who has POA for his client Jeffrey Epstein." Attachments included cashed checks records and a previous SAIF filing β confirming this was a SECOND suspicious activity internal filing on Indyke.
EFTA01345664 (Jul 19, 2017): Wang to Oldfield, Salit, Liconte: "DB AML has identified a history of cash structuring activity in accounts for Darren K. Indyke PLLC and for Jeffrey Epstein."
Oldfield's response: "Happy to chat whenever you like. I'm here now."
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: AML formally notified the Relationship Manager (Oldfield/RM-2) of a documented pattern of cash structuring across multiple accounts. Oldfield's response was cooperative but resulted in no termination action. "History" = multiple incidents over time, not isolated.
EFTA01345959 (Jul 21, 2016): Firdaus Madiar (AVP/Assistant Branch Manager, 345 Park) to Wang/Quigley: "Darren Indyke transaction. Darren has not come in, to cash the $4000.00. I will advise, once he does." Branch staff actively tracking Indyke's withdrawal patterns and reporting to AML in real time. The $4,000 amount matches the second-day portion of the consecutive-day structuring pattern.
