EFTA01472226 (Feb 3-10, 2015): When Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn resigned as trustees of the Butterfly Trust, Beller was named as one of two successor trustees, alongside Erika Kellerhals (Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC, St. Thomas USVI). Beller's address at appointment: Louis J. Septimus & Company, 101 West 31st St, Suite 1715, New York NY 10001.
WHAT THIS SHOWS AND DOES NOT SHOW: Beller's elevation from Epstein's accountant/CFO to Butterfly Trust trustee expanded his fiduciary role. As trustee, he would have had authority over trust distributions — including payments to the named co-conspirators who were Butterfly Trust beneficiaries. This does not establish that Beller approved or knew about improper distributions.
EFTA01468599 (April 29, 2014): Beller received Deutsche Bank Group Valuation Statements for Southern Financial LLC's derivatives portfolio (FX options + copper) via harrybeller@gmail.com. The use of a personal Gmail address for receiving institutional derivatives valuations is notable — it places Epstein's financial data outside DB's institutional communication channels.
EFTA01463140 (March 11-21, 2013): Beller was named in inquiry capacity on the original Southern Financial LLC and Southern Trust Company Inc. account opening documents, alongside Jeanne Brennan and Richard Kahn. This places Beller at the genesis of the Epstein-DB relationship — he was part of the initial account structure from day one.
