EFTA01344411/428 (September 16-23, 2013): Morris to Packard (cc Ariyan, Gallivan):
"epstein sending over about $200 from JP, he told them on Friday."
Packard: "Great news! Congrats Paul."
Haig Ariyan: "Congrats! Great work Paul."
Morris (Sep 23): "good chance could get equal amount next year if we do well."
WHY THIS MATTERS: This destroys any suggestion that only one co-head was involved. BOTH Packard AND Ariyan personally congratulated Morris on landing Epstein. Both executives knew exactly who "epstein" was — Morris used the name directly, no code. This confirms BOTH co-heads celebrated the $200M onboarding from JPMorgan as a major business achievement.
EFTA01458807 (November 10, 2015): Packard to Morris:
"Please start with Andrew as we should address this soon. I can follow up with you guys Thursday/Friday. Thanks."
Morris to Gallivan: "Consistent with what we discussed last week look forward to discussing thanks"
WHY THIS MATTERS: Packard directing Morris to coordinate with Andrew Gallivan (business line manager) to "address" Southern Financial issues with urgency ("soon"). This is November 2015 — 4 months before account closure. Packard was personally directing the management response to whatever problems had emerged with Epstein's primary trading entity.
