EFTA01288310 (Mar 2019): LSJE LLC (Epstein's "no business purpose" household payroll entity) sent an outgoing wire to Minsk Transit Bank (Belarus). Same statement shows:
WHAT THIS SHOWS: An entity explicitly described as having "no business purpose" — established for "maintaining payroll and maintenance related expenses of Mr. Epstein's private residence" — was sending international wires to a bank in Belarus. This is March 2019, four months before Epstein's arrest. SV Enterprises and American Export Company are previously unknown recipients.

The "household payroll" entity was moving $300K+/month — far exceeding what household payroll would require.
EFTA01346059-063 (Dec 22, 2017): Epstein's debit card daily withdrawal limit increased 12x — from $1,000 to $12,000. Approved by Arthur Tremblay (Product) and Cherie Quigley (AML). Quigley is the same person who caught Indyke's structuring 5 months earlier. Increasing cash access for accounts involved in structuring = opposite of tightening controls.
EFTA01288160 (Jan 2019): Epstein personal account shows $19K in ATM/debit withdrawals in a single month. On the recently increased $12K daily limit, this represents multiple large ATM sessions approaching or at the daily maximum.
