Evidence: Title match + KYC chain presence + federal class action naming + AML responsibility confirmed
v2.0: Web OSINT round 1 — 🔥🔥 Doe v. Deutsche Bank class action (1:22-cv-10018) names Harris by name alongside Packard as onboarding memo recipients (A2). Accurate Advisory bio confirms Harris was "responsible for the implementation of AML" (C). Post-DB career path mapped. LinkedIn tenure Dec 2009–Mar 2017 confirmed. CONFIDENCE UPGRADED MEDIUM-HIGH → HIGH. Open questions H2 and H4 answered.
v1.3: Batch 51-55 — Harris cc'd on Packard's "rep risk" clearance email from May 2013 (EFTA01344266). Places Harris in the Epstein approval chain from the very beginning.
v1.4: Batch 133-140 — Ariyan (co-head, NOT EXECUTIVE-2): "Congrats! Great work Paul" on $200M Epstein win (EFTA01344411, Sep 17, 2013). Ariyan requested KCP pipeline weekly — "would definitely like to see this on a weekly basis" (EFTA01460403) — confirming ongoing awareness of Epstein revenue. CC'd on Santander IPO allocation request for Epstein (EFTA01460596). Note: These findings relate to Ariyan's role as co-head, not Harris as EXECUTIVE-2.
v1.5: FINAL AUDIT — Batches 161-170. No new direct Harris findings. ARRC policy documents recovered (EFTA01343863-922) — framework for the committee Harris was CC'd on. AUDIT COMPLETE.
v1.7: Pass 4 — EFTA01344266 grade corrected A1→A2, Morris floor proximity softened (sourcing pending).
v1.6: Phase 2E fixes — Added prominent defamation warning. Harris labeled as CANDIDATE throughout. Reviewed all language for defamation safety.
v1.5-search: Phase 2E — DugganUSA searches for "Patrick Harris" + "onboarding", "Harris" + "ARRC", "40 underage" all returned no docs linking Harris to consent order events. EFTA01295997 (RDC Oct 2016) contains the "40 underage girls" language but from Riskography, not the Jan 2015 email. Confidence unchanged at MEDIUM. The January 2015 escalation email and April 2013 onboarding memo are not in the DugganUSA EFTA index.
